Personal Training

30 to 60 minute sessions per week. 1 1-on-1 1 VIP Session in which we are working on building strength, power, endurance, and proper nutrition. Virtual or in person.

Investment: Starts at $300/month (2 month min)

Power House HIIT (Boot Camp)

Daily 30 min. small group (5-10 clients) training classes that are designed to be fun, fast, and effective while working out the entire body.

Investment: $7 per class or 10 classes for $50

Small Group Training

3- 60 sessions per week with 3-5 individuals. Groups will work together encouraging one another to become stronger, better, and faster through resistance and cardio training and proper nutrition counseling.

Investment: $150/month, (2 month min)

Prenatal Yoga

Our gentle prenatal yoga class is suitable for all levels of practitioners. This class allows you to gain confidence in their abilities to create an adaptive practice that is celebratory, kind, and beneficial to the physical and emotional elements of pregnancy.

Investment: $15/class

Additional Services

  • Vinyasa classes are suitable for all levels of practitioner and can be done with or without props. 60 min Yoga practice offers self-reflection, the practice of kindness and self-compassion, and continued growth and self-awareness.

  • We will work together to make long term lifestyle changes. We will work on the physical aspect of a healthy lifestyle with 30 mins 1 on 1 personal training sessions, education on proper nutrition and the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspect of a healthy lifestyle through 30 mins health coaching sessions, 30 min. meditation sessions and 15 min. yoga sessions.

  • Each 45-minute session will include discussion of the current fitness routine, goals, and nutrition habits. Then we will work together to build a strategy that you can implement in your life to help you achieve your goals.

  • Take care of your employees and they will take care of you! We can collaborate with you and your employees to help improve work life health and wellbeing. We will teach your employees healthy habits at work and how to implement them to maximize their quality of life and work.
