Your journey to motherhood starts here…

As a Mother, Nonna (Grandmother), and retired Army Soldier, Juanita has always had a servant's heart. After serving 24 years in the United States Army, she wanted to continue to serve in her community. As a Birth & Postpartum Doula, Juanita aims to provide personalized physical & emotional support. In addition to supporting you through this process, she will provide evidence-based information before, during and after pregnancy. Her goal is to give you and your family the attention and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and labor process.

  • We are not medical professionals, so we don’t do medical tasks or offer medical advice. While we may offer suggestions to our clients of questions they can ask their provider, we would never make decisions for our clients in that capacity. The physician and nurses are there for the physical wellbeing of the baby and parent, and we are there for emotional wellbeing. We’re part of the birth team, and each of us plays an important part.
